Dov Rubin brings 27 years of non-profit development experience to Prosper Global. He finds working alongside courageous colleagues who devote their careers to helping others — simply because it's the right thing to do — the most inspiring part of working at Prosper Global.

One of his favorite things about fundraising is encountering donors who give because they believe philanthropy is the highest and greatest use of their financial resources. At Prosper Global, these individuals and their gifts drive the organization's success in saving and improving millions of lives around the world.

Dov graduated from Berklee School of Music, plays jazz piano, speaks Dutch, gardens and studies yoga.
