Scott Onder is Chief Investment & Innovation Officer of Prosper Global, where he leads the organization's global strategy for impact investing, innovative finance, technology innovation, and strategic partnerships with emerging ventures.

He is also Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Prosper Global Ventures, the organization's impact venture capital platform. With more than 15 years of impact investing in frontier markets, Scott has backed over 70 early-stage companies advancing climate resilience, inclusive fintech, agtech, AI, and other emerging technologies across Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

In addition, Scott leads Prosper Global's Innovation & Scaling Lab, which works with entrepreneurs, technology companies, and partners to pilot and scale emerging technologies, including AI, climate data, and digital financial infrastructure, to address complex development and humanitarian challenges. Together, his investment and innovation work has helped scale solutions reaching more than 62 million people across 136 countries, including many of the world's most climate-vulnerable communities.

Scott oversees fund strategy, investment decisions, and portfolio governance across Prosper Global Ventures' family of funds and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies. He was an early investor in companies including Wasoko, Pula, and Floodbase.
Scott graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and is based in the Pacific Northwest.
